Pricing
Several different membership options are available to meet the needs of nearly every sized contractor and supplier. Each member is charged a monthly fee to host, maintain, and optimize their company profile along with a successful contract fee based on a percentage of the accepted job.
eContractorBids.com does not charge for job leads. Jobs are sent to members by customer’s whom have selected their business. Each customer sets a bid deadline to receive pricing on their project. If the member places their bid before the bid deadline no bid fees are charged. When the project ends in a completed contract for the member, a small percentage of the contract value is charged as a success fee.
Several forms of the customer’s contact information are provided available along with detailed specifications about the project including plans and pictures at no cost. Membership dues are applied to online search engine optimization, traditional marketing campaigns, hosting and maintaining your company profile, and staffing your local representative.
Monthly Fee: a monthly fee is charged to host, maintain, and optimize each member’s company profile in the contractor directory.
Late Bid Fee: A late bid fee is only applied to your account only if you place a bid or estimate after the customer’s deadline or if you told the customer you would place a bid or estimate and did not do so. If the project doesn’t interest you, simply decline the job at no cost. Placing a bid or estimate on eContractorBids.com is free provided you meet the customer’s bid deadline.
Success Fee: after a member’s bid or estimate ends in a successful contract, a commission is charged to the member’s account.
